Our provider performance monitoring approach combines standard physician performance metrics with clinical and financial data analysis. Our goal is to give our clients insights, not just data.

ANNUAL BILLING AUDIT

As part of our initial assessment, we identify areas of risk associated with billing practices and assign a risk score that serves as a guide for compliance measures and any other improvements – provider education, process flows, coding, or billing reference materials – that would strengthen the practice regulatory compliance and potentially improve revenue.

REVENUE CYCLE METRICS REPORTING

If our clients choose the Standard Subscription Membership, we develop opportunistic, forward-looking financial and operational metrics to increase their net revenue and allow for early detection of underperformance. We also deploy our proprietary monitoring solutions to identify new sources of revenue such as new service lines, location, referral sources.
